Aspire Systems Acquires Versant Technologies

Aspire Systems, a technology services firm with a strong focus on independent software vendors and the retail, distribution and consumer goods vertical, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Versant Technologies.

Versant is a Hyderabad-based technology company with experience and specialization in Oracle retail and electronic data interchange [EDI] implementation.

According to a press release, Aspire’s global presence in the US, UK and India combined with Versant’s strong presence in Saudi Arabia will cater to the needs of retailers across the world.
